Why this job matters
As an Acquisition Professional you will execute a range of activities in the delivery of sales programs and initiatives that scale new / prospective customer opportunities. You will play a key role in delivering new business opportunities, by building strong relationships, getting to know business and transformation roadmaps, you will exceed targets for your stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Executes sales plans and programs as a member of the SMB sales team, converting both new opportunities with new and returning customers.
- Collaborates with and supports field-based account managers and new business acquisition roles by providing technical product and service knowledge.
- Supports in the implementation of ways to improve working processes and sales mechanisms to enable a repeatable and consistent sales process, assisting with the development of a measurable and metrics driven sales acquisition program.
- Lead meetings with prospects to define customer requirements and drive sales cycle, when securing multi-product deals you will ensure internal stakeholders are aligned with the plan.
- Consistent upskilling in product and industry knowledge, being autonomous to manage time well, to do this an works across project portfolio, ensuring sales plans are developed and delivered.

What we'd like to see on your CV
- Experience working in telecoms / tech industries.
- Experience in a sales role is necessary.
- Delivering brilliant acquisition sales, taking customers through sales cycle.
- Stakeholder management, desirable experience working with SME or corporate customers.
- Demonstrable past of decision making in ambiguous situations.
