This highly technical Service Delivery role enables the implementation of the latest technology to meet our customers business needs. We provide managed IT solutions to thousands of customers across the globe, who rely on BT to keep their critical business operations running.

Through expert skills and collaboration, we configure, implement, test, troubleshoot and continually monitor our customers networks to seamlessly ensure the resilience and availability they need.


What you'll be doing

• Designing and configuring, testing and troubleshooting networks
• Translating customer requirements into accurate, working configurations, diagrams and instructions for other agents
• Providing point of technical escalation within the team for complex issues
• Providing remote support to onsite engineers during solution deployment and resolving issues
• Actively supporting and implementing efficient ways of working and cost reduction
• Leading knowledge-sharing opportunities
• Working effectively with the customer and/or their representatives, and other parts of BT during production and delivery


Skills required for the job

• Existing, or ability to gain Government Security Clearance and NPPV3
• Network design, configuration and implementation skills/accreditations
• Troubleshooting customer network deployments
• Vendors include Cisco, Fortinet, Draytek, Meraki, Juniper, Palo Alto, Aruba
• Proactive continual learning and development


The experience you will need

• Cisco CCNP and any other vendor accreditations
• Evidence of Testing and Troubleshooting
• Evidence of taking ownership of delivering project work packages
