The People & HR Service Delivery function operationalises and enables HR processes to ensure a consistent, high-quality colleague experience. It serves as the primary gateway for all HR needs for colleagues and people managers, focusing on efficiency and experience by seamlessly delivering end-to-end employment lifecycle processes. Through this, we provide vital HR services that enable outstanding colleague experiences across the organisation.
As a Work & Reward Services Manager (Immigration & Global Mobility), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving initiatives and processes within the Immigration & Global Mobility area of the Work & Reward Services team. This role is essential in enabling the organisation’s workforce to thrive in an interconnected world. By managing immigration and global mobility activities effectively, you will ensure compliance, support smooth cross-border transitions, and provide meaningful guidance to colleagues. Your expertise will foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence, aligning Immigration & Global Mobility initiatives with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing
•Lead right-to-work, visa sponsorship, and global mobility strategies in line with organisational goals.
•Ensure compliance with UK and international immigration regulations.
•Manage end-to-end immigration and global mobility processes, including relocations and work permits.
•Partner with People & Culture, Legal, and external providers to deliver efficient services.
•Develop and maintain immigration and global mobility policies with Reward and ER teams.
•Provide guidance on tax, social security, and employment law for international assignments.
•Act as a key point of contact for colleagues on international moves, ensuring a smooth experience.
•Maintain accurate case records and produce compliance and performance reporting.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including immigration authorities and advisors.
•Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with legislative and industry changes.

Experience
•Managing global mobility and immigration programmes in multinational settings.
•Knowledge of international immigration laws, tax, and compliance.
•Partnering with HR, Legal, and external vendors on mobility cases.
•Supporting colleagues on international assignments and relocations.
•Designing and implementing global mobility and immigration policies.
•Managing multiple assignments with attention to detail.
•Using data and reporting to drive improvements.
