Job Purpose

Global Connectivity Proposition Manager will serve as a crucial link between the Product Business Unit, Sales teams, and Sales specialists. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the messaging around the products we sell is actionable, provides a clear value proposition, and addresses different types of customer challenges. In short, this person would help shape and execute ways we take the product to market for Global Connectivity (with strong focus on Network Evolution, especially Global Fabric, but not limited to that).

Key Responsibilities

Product Messaging and Value Proposition

  • Develop and refine product messaging that clearly articulates the value proposition and addresses customer challenges of Global Connectivity.

  • Collaborate with the Product Business Unit to ensure alignment on product features, benefits, and positioning.

  • Ensure relevant stakeholders and Teams have the right level of clarity on product features, benefits, and positioning timeliness/roadmaps.

Sales Enablement

  • Work with Product and Marketing on creation and maintenance sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support the sales teams.

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for sales teams to ensure they are well-equipped to communicate the product value proposition effectively.

  • Co-build knowledge repository on the relevant value proposition with the relevancy to the customer industries and channel (keeping in mind relevant challenges, personas, GTM needs).

Market Research and Analysis

  • Work with the Insights and Analyst Relation teams to capture market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and define ways of surfacing it to the sales teams.

  • Analyse customer feedback and sales data to continuously improve Global Connectivity product messaging and positioning, working with the CX team.

  • Include a focus on cost optimization strategies and the impact of new technologies like NaaS / CPaaS on market trends.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Product Business Unit, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.

  • Coordinate with Sales specialists / Global Sales to gather insights and feedback from the field to refine product positioning.

  • Work with Global Sales and Specialists on capturing best practices and use cases and converting them into replicable blueprint.

  • Monitor presales activities and support Sales Specialist Community collaboration with Global Sales.

  • Influence the future Product roadmap based on the insights and feedback from the field, to ensure its relevancy.

Marketing

  • Key contributor to planning and executing marketing campaigns and other marketing activities (ABM, events) to promote Global Connectivity products and drive customer engagement.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Internal and External Communication

  • Contributor to planning and messaging on Global Connectivity products.

  • Key contributor to industry analysts’ submissions (i.e., Gartner’s Magic Quadrant).
