What you’ll be doing
Solution Development and Delivery
Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation.
Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients.
Easily recognizes process gaps and implements effective solutions.
Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life.
Leadership
Challenges others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Pursues excellence in all aspects of business.
Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
Builds expert knowledge within the team to meet the constantly evolving industry demands.

Essential Skills / Experience
Experience required – Minimum 12 years, atleast 7-8 years in Security
Technical Skills: Below will be desirable
Illumio, Microsegmentation, zero trust,Tufin etc.
Certification : CISM, CISSP, CRISC or equivalent
Work collaboratively with clients, the development team, and various stakeholders within the company to ensure the delivery of all products and solutions in an efficient and timely manner.
Work on new business opportunities collaborating with Win New Business Team and understanding customer requirements via RFPs to provide Technical Solution documents fulfilling bid phases.
Responsible for hiring as per business projections and skill enhancement of the existing workforce, closely working with the Learning and Development Team.
Contribute to design discussion with or without High-level Designs, and wherever appropriate to provide technical input in areas of technical expertise.
Deliver complex implementations involving security deployments. Configuration and deployment of security devices and technologies from the BT MSS portfolio.
Engage with technical peers across various OUC to ensure that BT Security requirements are considered when developing new services.
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations.
Work with various stakeholders to support major bids for feasible solution from technical and efforts estimation perspective.
Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales.
Prepare and manage workshops, roundtable and forum logistics including developing agendas, project plans.
Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder engagement and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database.
Attend client-facing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress
Experience you would be expected to have
Strong understanding and appreciation of the relationship between BT and our customers
Strong documentation and excellent stakeholder management
Behave as the conscious of the customer whilst protecting the BT brand and driving profitable growth
Extensive experience of working in complex Network security
Incident and problem management experience
Experience driving efficiencies in change and incident management
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and experience managing by influence
