Key responsibilities

  • The CDS Contract Management Professional will own end to end contract management including P&L performance, risk and obligations, financial targets and profit improvement for one or more small to medium contracts or regional contract management for complex contracts
  • He/she is the key commercial contact between the customers, the BT sales and service operations, maintains and develops customer/stakeholder relationships
  • Ensuring that all services delivered to the contract/s by the team are delivered to the standards required, and/or contained within the customer contract/s
  • Managing queries, disputes and escalations associated with the contract/s under ownership
  • Managing contract derived risks, obligations, SLA's and the management and mitigation of same
  • Being responsible for governance and reporting tasks (CGR, IRT etc)

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes while delivering a service
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended
  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Proven experience in delivering effective and engaging presentations to a variety of audiences
  • Focusing on all aspects and details of a task and delivering your output with a high level of accuracy
  • Agile with complex business processes ( p.ex. Lead 2 Cash) is an advantage

Professional skills:

  • Interest or experience in complex projects is an advantage
  • Contract and business management experience in multinational environment is an advantage
  • Problem solving skills with a can do attitude in a changing environment
  • Confident user of MS Office Applications (including intermediate excel)
  • Minimum bachelor degree and 2+ years relevant working experience in B2B customer and business management field is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
  • German is an advantage
