Job Description

EE Consumer – Programme Delivery (Graduate Programme)

Location – London
Start date – 7th September 2026
Salary – £33,500

Apply by: 22nd March 2026

You’re not just looking for a career; you’re looking to make a difference.

About this role

Each day, we come up with new ideas to help our customers through the power of technology and our Delivery Programme teams are the people who help us turn our plans into tangible solutions. They are the ones that help deliver them into everyday working life, and with millions of customers and over 100,000 colleagues, that’s no mean feat. You could be working on anything from the latest Broadband or Mobile launch to new Customer Service Capabilities for our agents. Your solutions will impact millions of customers across our three brands, BT, EE and Plusnet.

Our Graduate programme sits within the Transformation part of our business and is all about the hands-on experience. As part of the programme, you’ll do rotations around our tribes and have the opportunity to work on different projects and be supported by a learning pathway. You’ll get the opportunity to work with and understand a wide and varied group of people across the organisation, including Architects, Marketing managers, our Technology development teams, and many more. We’ll get you shadowing and receiving support from the wider team so you can start to understand what the job is all about. As you learn how to deliver a project within a timeframe and budget, you will be exposed to all aspects of project management. After you gain some confidence, you'll be coordinating your own projects, ensuring solutions are implemented smoothly.

Whilst the on-the-job learning is valuable, we’ll still be there to support your personal development as well. We’ll make sure you learn lots of different skills, such as different project management techniques, outstanding stakeholder relationships and time-management skills. Plus, you’ll also learn things like how to build resilience and tenacity, all of which are vital in supporting careers in transformation and analysis. On top of that, you’ll learn skills in agile, data analysis and collaboration.

DON'T MEET EVERY SINGLE REQUIREMENT?

Studies have shown that women and people who are disabled, LGBTQ+, neurodiverse or from ethnic minority backgrounds are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every single qualification and criteria. We're committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace where everyone can be their best, so if you're excited about this role but your past experience doesn't align perfectly with every requirement on the Job Description, please apply anyway - you may just be the right candidate for this or other roles in our wider team.
