What you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Underwriter in our Property team, you’ll support the underwriters in all aspects of evaluation risk, and the follow up on pending renewal and new business, quotes, and outstanding documents. You’ll also be able to develop and maintain relationships with brokers and clients in conjunction with the underwriters.

You’ll have a good understanding of data validation and be able to ensure the proper new and renewal premium and loss data are provided for technical processing and underwriting pre-work. On top of this, you’ll also play a vital role in document production, where you’ll prepare policy documents, quotes, endorsements, etc. for Underwriter approval and liaise with brokers accordingly, all in a timely and accurate manner.
