Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in office)
About the Role
Boomi is seeking an experienced and highly capable Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our growing APJ region, with a strong focus on India and key APJ markets. This role is critical to building high-performing teams across enterprise software functions, including SaaS, data, integration, automation, and cloud technologies.
As a strategic sourcing partner, you will work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for both open and pipeline roles. You will play a key role in talent mapping, market intelligence, and proactive pipeline development, helping Boomi attract exceptional talent in competitive and niche markets.
This position is ideal for a sourcer who is deeply embedded in the Indian tech talent market, understands enterprise B2B sales and technical profiles, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment.
What You Will Do

Execute end-to-end sourcing strategies using Boomi’s TA technology stack, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Gem, Talent Neuron, Brighthire, and regional platforms such as Naukri.

Serve as the APJ subject-matter expert for sourcing tools, data, and market insights—supporting Recruiters and enabling consistent best practices.

Proactively champion modern sourcing techniques, channels, and market-led approaches to continuously raise the bar for sourcing excellence.

Build, maintain, and nurture talent pipelines and communities across APJ using Greenhouse CRM.

Conduct in-depth talent market research and mapping, producing clear, data-driven insights to inform hiring strategies and workforce planning.

Manage high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, employee referrals, networking, events, and social media.

Conduct initial candidate screens to assess fit, motivation, and alignment, while compellingly representing Boomi and the opportunity.

Build long-term relationships with passive, high-calibre talent for future hiring needs.

Actively support Boomi’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring fair and equitable sourcing practices.

Maintain high data integrity across Greenhouse and all sourcing systems.

Partner with Marketing and TA leadership on employer branding initiatives to strengthen Boomi’s visibility and reputation in the APJ talent market.
The Experience You Bring

Minimum 2+ years sourcing highly technical, product, or GTM profiles for global SaaS, enterprise software, or data-driven technology companies.

8–10 years of total relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Expert-level proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Naukri, Talent Neuron, Brighthire, and related platforms.

Strong ability to independently research and analyse talent markets, translating data into clear insights and recommendations that influence hiring plans.

Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to engage and convert passive candidates, while acting as a trusted advisor to recruiters and hiring leaders.

A creative, solutions-oriented mindset with a relentless focus on delivering world-class talent in competitive markets.

Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively across TA, business leaders, and global stakeholders.

Exceptionally organised, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a high-growth environment.
