Job Role: Security Engineer
Location: Bengaluru, India

How You'll Make an Impact
Focused on Threat Intelligence/Offensive Security, you will actively test and challenge the security controls of Boomi’s infrastructure and applications. You will conduct penetration tests, vulnerability research, and red team exercises. This role is crucial for identifying weaknesses before malicious actors do, driving internal improvements, and providing critical, actionable threat intelligence to the defensive security teams.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming.
Strong technical foundation in network protocols, operating systems, and application security.
Proficiency with penetration testing tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit) and techniques.
Experience documenting technical findings and developing proof-of-concept exploits.
Background in identifying threats relevant to a global SaaS/Cloud environment.

Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
OSCP, CEH, or related offensive security certifications.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud security assessment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat modeling.
