How You’ll Make An Impact

We are seeking a dynamic Product Owner to support our Production Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, working closely with engineering to deliver high-impact platform solutions that drive our product roadmap forward.

What You’ll Do

Product Vision & Strategy:

• Collaborate with Product Management to define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and translate them into innovative product solutions.

Roadmap Management:

• Own and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and priorities.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to appropriately balance categories of work among features, maintenance, and technical debt.
• Develop and prioritize user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed requirements.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with platform engineering, UI/UX design, data science, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and high-quality product development.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among different teams to drive projects efficiently.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide product updates, and collect feedback.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep the platform competitive and forward-looking.

Agile Methodology:

• Act as the Scrum Product Owner and participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure clear communication of priorities and objectives to the development team.

Performance & Metrics Tracking:

• Support key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact.
• Continuously analyze product performance and implement enhancements based on data-driven insights.

The Experience You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner, preferably within a SaaS or cloud platform environment.
• Experience with integration platforms, automation tools, or AI-driven solutions.
• Strong understanding of platform engineering principles and technologies including:
  • Engineering productivity
  • Quality engineering
  • DevSecOps
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling platform products.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum framework.
