How You’ll Make An Impact

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Product & Technology group, focusing on the Boomi AI Studio product. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in AI product development, capable of driving product strategy and execution in alignment with Boomi's key tenets and competencies.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product roadmap for Boomi AI Studio.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and trends in AI and integration technologies.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and release notes.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and provide support to internal teams and customers.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future enhancements and iterations.
• Advocate for best practices in product management and contribute to the continuous improvement of product development processes.

The Experience You Bring

• 7-10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or technology products.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in integration and automation.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
• Self-starter with a passion for innovation and a curiosity to explore new technologies and market trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our Vancouver hub ranges from $116,889. - $146,112 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
