How You’ll Make An Impact

Boomi is embarking on a pivotal transformation to become an AI-first enterprise and is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise AI to lead this strategic evolution. This leadership role requires a candidate with technical acumen in artificial intelligence and a demonstrated ability to implement sophisticated AI strategies that drive operational excellence and innovation. The appointed leader will be responsible for defining the long-term vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for AI across the entire Boomi Enterprise platform and developing a comprehensive AI blueprint that synergizes with our business operations. This transformative role is accountable for establishing AI governance, ensuring data-driven decision-making, optimizing enterprise-wide business processes, and building the advanced future-proof technological infrastructure that will underpin the company's growth and success.

What You’ll Do

Enterprise Transformation Leadership:

• You will define, develop, and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that transforms Boomi into an intelligent enterprise, setting new benchmarks in the industry.

• You will lead and govern the adoption of AI across all facets of the internal business operations, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our corporate vision and strategic objectives.

• You will establish and govern strategic partnerships to create a progressive AI governance framework that enables rapid innovation while mitigating enterprise-level legal, compliance, security, and regulatory risks.

AI Solutions Development:

• You will drive the development of advanced AI solutions that enhance front & back-office processes, decision-making, and customer experiences.

• You will harness cutting-edge technologies in machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision to create innovative applications that propel the company forward.

Team Building and Leadership:

• You will assemble and lead a team of elite AI and Boomi technology professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence.

• You will mentor and develop your team, fostering an environment that encourages exploration and the pushing of technological boundaries.

Customer Showcase & Thought Leadership:

• You will serve as “Customer Zero” for Boomi’s low-code, Generative AI Orchestration Platform, showcasing the new ways Boomi services and generative AI can be leveraged to enhance business and operational models.

• You are a thought leader and practitioner in AI, both within Boomi and in the wider tech community, inspiring our employees to innovate and sharing your lessons in practical AI implementation with Boomi customers and our partner ecosystem.

• You will stay ahead of AI trends and advancements, explore emerging technologies and position Boomi as a leader in the application of AI in the enterprise domain.

• You will engage with Boomi Product & Engineering team and external communities to test ideas and bring fresh perspectives and insights into our AI strategy.

The Experience You Bring

• BS/Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical domain

• 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, and AI/ML systems development and implementation

• 15+years of experience in spearheading enterprise-level AI initiatives, with demonstrated success in translating large-scale business transformation into tangible business outcomes and competitive advantage.

• Comprehensive knowledge of AI technologies and their direct application in enhancing business processes.

• Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven history of building, mentoring, and leading a team of AI and software engineering professionals.

• Advanced executive communication skills, adept at conveying complex AI concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders effectively.

• A strategic and forward-thinking mindset with a clear passion for leveraging technology to drive substantial change within a business setting.

• Experience in navigating large business transformations with a multi-facet focus on strategic planning, program execution, technical delivery, communications and change management.

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position in our corporate headquarters in Conshohocken, PA begins at $280,000. This position is remote-friendly and, as such, final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
