仕事内容

Account Executiveとして、新規顧客の開拓を中心に、既存顧客との関係深耕にも取り組み、優れた顧客体験を提供することが求められます。具体的な業務内容は以下の通りです。

  • 顧客のビジネスニーズや技術的要件を深く理解し、最適なソリューションを提供
  • Boomiのテクノロジーソリューション全体で市場シェアを拡大
  • 担当エリアやアカウントの管理(アカウントプランニング、売上予測、部門間でのリソース調整など)
  • 顧客企業の意思決定者と密接に連携し、重要なビジネス課題を解決
  • 大規模かつ複雑な案件において、営業・プリセールス・パートナー・グローバルチームなど関係者を巻き込み、案件全体をリード
  • 自らパイプラインを創出・管理し、案件を着実に前進
  • 整備途上の環境を自ら整え、グローバルのプロセスを日本市場に合わせて活用

このポジションに求めるのは、以下の条件を満たす方です。

必須条件

  • テクノロジーソリューションの販売経験10年以上
  • 卓越した顧客管理能力と戦略的な営業スキル
  • テクノロジー製品やソリューションがビジネス課題をどのように解決するかを理解していること
  • 優れたコミュニケーション力、チームとのコラボレーション能力、経営層に対するプレゼンテーション力
  • CxO層にインサイトを提供し、リーダーシップを発揮できる能力
  • 創造や改革に対し、当事者として行動し解決に向け積極的に取り組む起業家精神

From developing brand new accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Direct Sales team transforms opportunity into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.

Join us as an Account Executive on our Direct Sales team in Tokyo to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

What you'll achieve

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships in the field and ensuring an outstanding customer experience with existing and potential customers.

You will:

  • Develop an understanding of customers' business and solution requirements
  • Gain share of spend across Boomi's portfolio of technology solutions
  • Run territory and/or accounts, including account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations
  • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties
  • Provide sales leadership on large, sophisticated opportunities by orchestrating sales, presales, partners and global teams
  • Generate and manage your own pipeline to move opportunities forward
  • Adapt and leverage global processes for the Japanese market in a build-as-you-go environment

Essential Requirements

  • Over 10 years of experience selling technology solutions
  • Extraordinary customer management and strategic selling skills
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions tackle business problems
  • Strong communication, collaboration and executive presentation skills, and the ability to provide insight and thought leadership to CxO
  • Entrepreneurship
