Role Overview

As an Endpoint management and IT Automation Engineer, You will serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure (Entra ID), driving IT automation to give our global workforce secure, well-managed access to devices and cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities

1. Microsoft Intune - Endpoint & Device Management

- Device Management: Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

- Enrollment: Manage Autopilot/enrollment workflows, co-management, and endpoint security baselines.

- Application Management: Deploy and manage applications, conditional access integration, and endpoint security policies

- Reporting: Produce compliance and device health reporting for security and audit purposes.

2. Microsoft Azure & Identity (Entra ID) Management

- Identity Governance: Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) users, groups, roles, and conditional access policies.

- Access Control: Implement and maintain Zero Trust access principles, MFA, and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).

- Cloud Infrastructure: Support Azure cloud infrastructure components relevant to identity and security operations.

- Integration: Integrate Azure/Entra ID with downstream identity providers (Okta) and Google Workspace.

3. IT Automation

- Intelligent Automation: Build and maintain scripts/automation (PowerShell, Graph API, or similar) to streamline identity, endpoint, and access management tasks.

- Process Improvement: Identify repetitive administrative tasks across Intune/Jamf/Azure and automate them to improve reliability and reduce turnaround time.

4. Okta & Google Workspace Administration (Add-on)

- Identity Federation: Support Okta as an identity provider, including SSO app integrations and user/group provisioning.

- Google Workspace: Administer Google Workspace users, groups, and security settings (2SV, device management, org unit policies).

- Cross-Platform Access: Help unify access management across Microsoft, Okta, and Google Workspace environments.

Technical Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.

- Microsoft Intune Expertise: Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with Intune (device/endpoint management) - primary skill.

- Microsoft Azure Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and Entra ID (Azure AD) - primary skill.

- IT Automation: Strong scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, or similar) to manage and optimize identity/endpoint operations - primary skill.

- Add-on Skills: Working knowledge of Okta (identity federation, SSO) and Google Workspace administration is a plus.

- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
