Why This Role Matters
As organizations accelerate their digital transformation, services play a critical role in helping customers adopt new technology quickly and successfully.
As a Services Sales Executive, you will help customers across France, Italy, and Spain unlock the full value of the Boomi platform by connecting them with the right expertise—from advisory and consulting to training and managed services. Your work will directly influence how customers implement, scale, and succeed with Boomi solutions.
By partnering with customers and internal teams, you will help deliver measurable business outcomes while building long-term strategic relationships.
What You’ll Achieve
In this role, you will own the services sales cycle and drive services revenue across EMEA South (France, Italy, and Spain).
You will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and identify the right services to accelerate their success with Boomi. Through strong collaboration with subscription sales, customer success, and delivery teams, you will help ensure customers achieve their goals while expanding the impact of the Boomi platform.
Your Role

Build and develop a strong services pipeline, closing opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Own and drive services revenue growth across EMEA South in partnership with regional sales teams.

Use consultative selling techniques to understand complex customer needs and translate them into tailored services solutions.

Partner closely with subscription sales and customer success teams to expand platform adoption and maximize customer value.

Support the development and launch of new services offerings aligned with evolving market needs.

Work with delivery teams to accurately scope services engagements and proposals.

Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across customer and internal teams.

Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial engagement through services delivery.

Essential Requirements
-
5+ years of experience with demonstrated success in services sales for mid-market and enterprise accounts, including international markets.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets in a professional services sales role.

Strong ability to build long-term relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels within customer organizations.

Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Fluent in English and French.

Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.

Highly self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Additional language skills such as Italian or Spanish.
