Job Description

Responsabilidades del trabajo: (funciones, tareas y autoridades principales)

· Compras de material directo (acero) conforme a la demanda anual y/o pronósticos.

· Compras de material indirecto conforme al plan de producción por equipos planeados.

· Líder de almacenistas.

· Planeación de inventarios cíclicos (semanal, mensual y anual) de materiales del almacén de refacciones,

· Mantener máximos y mínimos de los materiales del almacén de refacciones acorde a la demanda de producción por equipos planeados.

· Reporte de resultado de inventarios de almacén mensuales y anuales.

· Realización de ajustes de inventarios de almacén

· Reporte de gastos mensuales del almacén.

· Reporte de consumos mensuales de almacén

· Alta de nuevos materiales en el sistema SAP

· Alta de nuevos proveedores en el sistema ARAVO

· Alta y mantenimiento de contratos en el sistema ICERTIS

· Desarrollo de nuevos proveedores según se requiera

Educacion y experiencia:

· Ingeniero Industrial o carreras afines.

· 1-3 años de experiencia en compras, planeación de materiales y almacenes.

Inglés Intermedio.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

· De 1-3 años en áreas de compras

· Conocimiento de administración de almacenes

· Conocimiento de SAP

· Manejo del idioma inglés en 60%.

· Windows / Excel / Word / PowerPoint.
