Requirements

Lean-Six Sigma methodology: Drive project management and solve complex manufacturing and quality problems.
Regulatory and operational compliance: Maintain processes and regulations for medical product development and manufacturing.
Quality investigation: Support departments in investigating and resolving product complaints, defects, and rejections.
Potential transition routes: People from Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer roles may bring strong problem-solving and process improvement skills, alongside meeting technical engineering requirements.

Job Description
Mantener el cumplimiento operacional de los procesos y las regulaciones para la manufactura y desarrollo de productos médicos.
Responsable de mantener e implementar cambios en el producto en coordinación en el Equipo Enfocado al Producto (PFT) de Pyxis San Diego-México según se requiera por mejoras a la calidad, capacidad o sostenimiento.
Responsable de transferir e implementar en tiempo y forma los nuevos productos requeridos por investigación y Desarrollo y/o Ingeniería de Pyxis San Diego.
Proporcionar soporte en conjunto con los departamentos correspondientes en la investigación y solución de problemas de calidad tales como quejas, defectos y rechazos.
Manejo de Proyecto y solución de problemas siguiendo la metodología Lean-Seis Sigma.
Participar en otras actividades de trabajo asignadas por su supervisor en apoyo de los diferentes departamentos de la Empresa.
Soporte en actividades relacionadas con QN’s del producto para sus efectivos cierres.
Requisitos:
2 a 3 años en puestos similares
Titulo universitario Ing. Industrial, Mecatrónica o afín.
Ingles conversacional
Experiencia en industria médica (deseable)
