Als Customer Solution Expert (w/m/d) Laborautomatisierung sind Sie ein entscheidender Partner für unsere Kunden bei der Transformation mikrobiologischer Laborprozesse. Sie begleiten medizinische Laboratorien von der ersten Konzeptplanung bis zum erfolgreichen Go-Live modernster BD Kiestra™ Laborautomatisierungslösungen. Dabei verbinden Sie technisches Verständnis, Projektmanagement-Kompetenz und kundenorientierte Beratung, um nachhaltige Lösungen für die medizinische Mikrobiologie zu schaffen.
In dieser Schlüsselrolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb, Applikationsspezialisten, Service, Produktmanagement und den Laboren unserer Kunden zusammen, um Automatisierungsprojekte erfolgreich umzusetzen und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen aufzubauen.
