Job title: Workforce Planning Advisor

Salary: £45,628+

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and implement Site, Facilities & Infrastructure (SF&I) Function Stakeholder and Communication Strategy
• Advance and incorporate a new digital work place strategy
• Progress and maintain a SF&I Stakeholder & Communications Management Plan
• Create and manage a new SF&I On-Boarding strategy
• Become a STEM ambassador and take part in attraction outreach
• Promote thematics in line with the company values to help to create a more inclusive and diverse workforce, and to improve employee engagement

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Previous experience in a Communications or Events Manager role
• Strong Analytical skills such as data / analytics / reporting
• Proficient with Microsoft Packages (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Desirable:

• Experience in a people management role
• Understanding of workforce planning and resource management
• Experience and understanding of the lifecycle of Projects
