Job Title: Project Professional
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: From £35,802 depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting in the development, continuous improvement and roll out of processes, procedures and working agreements with focus on information sharing
- Engaging and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Facilitating process development/mapping activities and workshops
- Ensuring that processes comply with legal and contractual requirements
- Providing/presenting reports etc. in support of process development activities
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
- Exposure to Project Management and experience using PM tools and techniques
- Good IT skills in particular Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated Stakeholder Management experience
Desirable:
- Administration of team SharePoint sites
- Professional Project Management qualification

The Information Knowledge Management team:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team supporting the SSNA and Dreadnought Programme. The IKM team delivers enterprise capability improvements for a timely Dreadnought Transition to Service ensuring Dreadnought is ready for patrol. This role focuses on Integrated Work Arrangements (IWAs) between BAES, Industry Partners, and the Alliance. The team aims for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and long-term benefits for all Programme Stakeholders. This role offers excellent development opportunities, including relevant training courses. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
