Engineering Taster Week provides a range of challenging engineering projects to students which takes place throughout the week, and will push students to develop their team work skills, leadership qualities and engineering experience. Subject talks, site tours, a visit to the simulator facility, some team activities and an early careers talk are also included. The week concludes with project presentations.

Applications to close approximately 8 weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Qualification requirements

This programme is for those 16 – 18 and in Year 12 or 13
