Come prepared to find out what goes on at BAE Systems Submarines. Whether you have a keen eye for engineering or you are interested in project management, you will find something that interests you. During the week you will get talks from engineers, submariners, our commercial teams as well as apprentices and graduates. On top of that, we will be doing some fun projects around engineering, coding and construction incorporating the fundamentals of finance, team leadership, supply chain, and business management.

Applications to close approximately 8 weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Qualification requirements

This programme is for those 14 – 16 and in Year 10 or 11
