Work Experience students taking part in the BAE Systems programme for 2026 at RAF Lossiemouth, will spend a week with the teams gaining knowledge about the company and the role they play working alongside the Royal Air Force. In a fast paced location the students will meet key teams (On Aircraft, Off Aircraft, Engineering and Business Teams), with tours and presentations on their work supporting the TyTAN contract. As well as getting amazing networking opportunities, the students will take part in activities such as quizzes, mock interviews and team building activities.

Applications to close approximately 8 weeks before the programme begins. However, they may close earlier if high volumes of applications are received – we recommend applying as soon as possible to avoid missing out.

Qualification requirements

This programme is for those 16 – 18 and in Year 12 or 13
