About the OPPORTUNITY

We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Technician Trainer to join our maritime function based at North Ryde, NSW. this role is responsible for delivering effective maintenance, technical support, and training across RF, Microwave, and SATCOM systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carry out corrective and routine Maintenance on North Ryde Service Centre supported systems.

• Conduct training to operators/maintainers using approved training material

• Assist in ongoing development and improvements to Training Programmes

• Assist all projects where surge maintenance services are required to meet Turn-around-Times

• Lead or assist with the installation technical team where required

About YOU

• Certificate IV in Training & Assessment

• Certificate III in Telecommunications or similar

• Demonstrated experience performing maintenance on telecommunications systems

• Proven experience delivering technical training

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance with organisational, contractual, and engineering governance requirements.
