Role Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronics Technician to play a keyrolein a high-impact program within our Red Ochre Autonomy and Sensors team, based onsite at our facility based in Oakey, Queensland.

This full-time position runs Monday to Friday.

Core Duties:

• Carry out routine and reactive maintenance on ATC navigation and comms systems
• Use Defence maintenance systems to log and manage tasks
• Respond to operational needs and controller staff
• Work independently to diagnose faults, certify maintenance, and support system integration.
• Complete OEM training (including travel) to support system readiness
• Comply with internal reporting requirements

Skills Required

• Certificate III/IV in Electronics or relevant discipline is essential
• Demonstrated relevant technical industry experience is essential
• Proven experience with complex electronic systems is highly desirable
• Previous experience working with radar and/or air traffic control systems is highly desirable
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, defence-aligned environment
