Support Systems Safety Analyst

Role Description:
We have an exciting opportunity working within the Hunter Class Frigate Program contributing to the System Safety programs for projects undertaken by the company.
As the Support Systems Safety Analyst, you will ensure that technical and operational engineering support is accurate, on-time and on-budget to support project, task and bid activities.
Core Duties:
- Support in Development and maintenance of associated Work Instructions, and updates to relevant areas of System Safety Management Plan
- Prepare internal and external reports on project system safety to support project reviews and System Safety Working Groups
- Population of OSHA database/workbook
- Assist Senior Safety Analyst with preparation of Hazards and proposed mitigations for presentation of Support System Product Safety working groups
- Attend MTA reviews and provide safety related observations
- Assist with maintenance of the Hazard Log Support System owned Hazards
Essential Skills:
- Working experience within the Engineering discipline (Essential)
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
