Job Title: Supply Chain Procurement Leader

Salary: From £47,271, depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing :
- Leading Supply Chain/Procurement activities within your area of responsibility, fostering a culture of added value while driving excellence across People, Process, Technology, and Governance to ensure the Supply Chain function remains fit for the future
- Governance & Assurance management to support programme and functional compliance
- Collaborating extensively with both internal and external Customers and stakeholders
- Develop policies, standards, procedures and controls across procurement, logistics and suppliers
- Communication of your areas’ SC activities when informing cross-functional and external stakeholders of performance, threats & failures
- Managing relationships, promoting our strategic and collaborative behaviours
- Prepare evidence for regulatory reviews, audits and investigations
Your skills and experiences:
- Supply Chain, Procurement or Commercial experience with CIPs qualification or working towards
- Proven experience in managing Governance & Assurance activities, including process management and audits
- Experience of managing people and being both on your own and as part of a team
- Detailed understanding and experience of supplier risk and opportunity coordination
- Ability to compile data, interpret and propose recommendations through reports and presentations

The Supply Chain Excellence team:
Join the Supply Chain Excellence Team, a team of 8 in total providing Governance & Assurance of our people policies and processes across all of the Submarines Supply Chain functions and programmes. This highly collaborative role will see you working closely with stakeholders, engaging with cutting-edge technologies, and helping to drive compliance that will support the development and delivery of future submarines. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
