Job Title: Lead Project Professional

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role

Salary: Circa £48,000 dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• You will be managing construction project lifecycles within a highly regulated environment
• Be responsible for controlling & reporting against all commercial and financial aspects of projects from concept to completion (both internal and external supply chain activities)
• Discharging Client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
• Maintaining and managing a safety focused environment and culture aligned to the high-risk aspects of the projects undertaken
• Managing multiple construction aspects while also effectively liaising with Contractors and internal/external Stakeholders
• Managing a small team of Project Professionals

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Experience of managing Projects of high complexity and value
• Experience of leading a team
• Proficient stakeholder management experience at all levels internally and externally

Desirable:

• Qualification in Project Management and/or Construction
• Established Project Management skillset (e.g. development of Project Plans / Designs, Business Cases, Risk Management, OR equivalent experience
