Job Title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery

Salary: From £45,628 – depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting development and maintenance of coherent, fully integrated and workable project plans and budgets
- Leading, controlling and monitoring work packages so that they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan
- Required to be subjected to Change Management
- Leading and managing production of various progress reports
- Developing, maintaining and managing key relationships with integrated teams, customers and other stakeholders
- Leading and managing the development, agreement and resolution of project risk and opportunities, assumptions, dependencies and exclusions
- Responsible for managing direct and indirect reports
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
- Proven experience in project planning, scheduling and execution
- Experience working on infrastructure projects
- Experience in risk identification, response planning, response implementation and ongoing management of risk exposure
Desirable
- PM Qualification such as the APM Project Management Qualification
- Experience managing a complex project within a business environment

The Engineering Project Management Office team:
As a part of the growing PM team, you will be working with stakeholders from across various organisations, supporting engineering to meet capability through projects. You will have a great chance to lead, shape and influence the direction of the minor and major projects whilst incorporating internal and independent feedback. This role will also offer you progression opportunities within the business. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
