Job Title: Project Professional – Business Change Delivery

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £40,748+ depending on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Helping lead the development and embedding of Business Change Management framework and it’s application within the SSNA projects
• Facilitating the delivery of business change management, ensuring the adoption of change elements through use of recognised approaches
• Providing support and direction to ensure Business Benefits are measured, tracked and aligned to existing benefit tracking frameworks
• Collaborating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a full and detailed plan is compiled and executed
• Proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure they are managed within the risk management system

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• Microsoft Tools
• Stakeholder management and excellent communicator
• Confident in delivering and presenting data to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• PM qualification or relevant experience

Desirable:

• Atlassian toolset – Jira and Confluence used on a daily basis
• Leadership exp would be advantageous
