Job Title: Senior Project Professional

Salary: Circa £40,748 depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

  • Investigate and understand root causes in the end-to-end material processes inclusive of people, process and systems
  • Responsible for implementing and identifying benefits within cost, efficiency, quality, capacity and performance in readiness for SSNR drumbeats
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including SMEs and managers within SSNA, to understand requirements, address challenges, and develop effective solutions
  • Facilitation and coach change workshops and additional Continuous Improvement tools
  • Interpreting, analysing and presenting data, to identify improvements
  • Supporting Inventory Management transformation projects to benefit SSNA

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt (or equivalent experience)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience in process improvement and process mapping

Desirable:

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Background in supply chain operations

The Logistics and Inventory Management (LIM) team:

You will be joining our dynamic and engaged team at LIM as we navigate an exciting transformation! This new role provides a dedicated resource to drive problem-solving and future-state improvements, ensuring readiness for SSNR and supporting Dreadnought efficiencies. You’ll be at the forefront of data-driven process enhancements, working closely with both programme and LIM stakeholders. With a highly integrated new subcontract and cutting-edge technology, this is an opportunity to network across functions and the supply chain, contribute to meaningful change, and help future-proof our operations.
