Role Description:
This Project Manager – Zonal Integration Co-ordination provides engineering coordination, system integration, assurance enablement, and leadership to support HCF Design Completion and Design Assurance objectives across all design zones.
Core Duties:
- Coordinate engineering activities — Lead planning and execution of zonal design assurance reviews and design completion.
- Manage assurance systems — Oversee processes, system administration, and data quality in co-ordination of inputs to support Design Reviews.
- Deliver training — Create and provide training, guides, and user support to enable effective use of assigned design and assurance systems.
- Provide design evidence — Produce assurance‑based design evidence for internal reviews to demonstrate maturity and compliance.
- Resolve integration issues — Work across delivery domains to identify and resolve cross‑domain and zonal integration challenges.
- Enhance engineering enablers — Support and improve detail‑design engineering enablers.
- Drive process improvement — Identify and implement improvements to assurance systems, data insights, metrics reporting and processes.
- Use modern toolsets — Apply Jira, Windchill, Codebeamer, and Tableau to support Zonal Integration and reporting.
Essential Skills:
- Project delivery experience — Proven background in project or business management within a structured delivery environment.
- Outcome‑focused execution — Track record of delivering results with clarity and accountability.
- Stakeholder management — Strong ability to engage, influence, and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Cross‑functional coordination — Demonstrated capability in coordinating activities across multidisciplinary teams.
- Relevant qualifications
- Professional eligibility — Eligible for baseline‑level (or higher) registration with a recognised project management professional body.
- Security clearance — Ability to obtain and maintain a minimum BASELINE Security Clearance, with potential for higher levels depending on role requirements.
