Role Description:

You will deliver monthly status updates on project schedules and lead weekly cost reviews across sub-teams for major contracts, providing detailed weekly and monthly cost analysis to support forecasting and managerial decision-making. The role includes applying Earned Value Management methodologies to produce monthly EV reports, supporting risk and opportunity management using the Predict! toolset, and implementing Change Instructions and Baseline Change Requests in relevant systems. You will also support bids and estimates by supplying historical project control data, assist in maintaining the departmental resource picture, and collaborate with the Project Control Lead and integration teams to ensure alignment with governance standards.

Core Duties:

Essential:

• Team leadership/people management responsibility
• Financial Analysis / Numeracy – Able to work with large volume of data/spread sheets
• Experienced in excel and large data sets
• Experienced in stakeholder management at all levels
• Ability to manage and prioritise multiple workloads/tasks

The Team:

You will join a professional project controls team, supporting delivery of complex programmes such as Typhoon and Tornado. Providing data-driven insights, you will develop your skills, contribute to performance management, and gain opportunities to progress into more senior roles within the business.
