Job Title: Organisation, Process and Analytics Specialist (Edgewing)

Location: Reading area. The role could be contracted to any BAE Systems Air site (preferably Frimley) but on commencement will immediately be assigned to our Edgewing JV in the Reading area. A financial support package may be available to enable this assignment if required, dependent on certain criteria being met. Due to the nature of this assignment, we envisage there will be a need for mostly on site working, however, flexible working arrangements may be possible – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this role.

Salary: £53,211 (DOE)

Job Description:

The primary focus of this role is to define and develop HR processes while supporting the implementation of the HR Information System (HRIS). Once the system is established, the role will take responsibility for ongoing data management across platforms such as SAP and PowerApps, including data reporting and managing interfaces with LSIs.

Core duties:

• The primary focus for this role is on defining and creating our HR processes and supporting the implementation our HRIS (HR Information system)
• Once the HRIS system is up and running they would also be responsible for data management in SAP and PowerApps, data reporting and managing data interfaces back to the LSIs
• They will also support the governance of our organisation design and health in conjunction with the People Partners.
• Act as the interface for the CPO (Chief People Officer) towards the Audit function in terms of evaluating identified issues and defining their impacts on the organisation.
• Support in defining and updating organisational design strategy in order to ensure that the HR vision is continuously aligned and consistent with the Vision, Mission and Values of the joint venture

Essential Skills:

• Previous experience in data and analytics
• Resource planning with the ability to collaborate
• Experience with Excel data management
