Responsibilities

· Advise on RSAF external communications across the military

· organization (Advertisement, Media Relations and Web Development, Exhibitions, Events sponsorship and enhancement of community programmes.

· Responsible for the internal communications management for the RSAF, interface with various networking channels.

· Advise the Senior RSAF Management team on all communication matters

· including related stakeholders management: Saudi British Defense Co operation Programme, Ministry of Defense Saudi Armed Forces Project, Prime Contractor, HQ Royal Saudi Air Force, and Ministry of Defense.

· Facilitating the communication management of welcoming senior

· government officials and presidential visits and ensure that these events are communicated in effective manner.

· Support the RSAF Media Director in the development of RSAF Public

· Relation strategy to support the RSAF Operations and meet stakeholder expectations.

· Support the development of RSAF goals and how to maximize those measures of success through critical thinking.

· Support the production and maintenance of the RSAF Communication Management Plan.

· Liaising with the RSAF Head of Departments in accordance with the

· Requirements of the RSAF Communication Management Plan to ensure that communications are delivered in transparent and effective manner.

· Producing and maintaining the RSAF Communication Management processes to support media specific activities.

· Identification of the Key Stakeholders and forming strong working links

· With them, and providing SEMS integration with other communication leads within the RSAF organization.

Job Requirements:

· Degree level qualification (or equivalent) in a communication discipline with experience of the development of communication management systems. experience working as a media specialist (3+Years). MS office skills (Intermediate). Numerate & strong English language skills. High caliber new graduate acceptable, but must be enthusiastic team player, flexible and keen to learn. Industrial, academic or military experience an advantage.
