  • Provide support and direction to Business Analysts, ensuring delivery expectations are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Represent the Business Analysis function at programme-level stakeholder meetings
  • Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst / Capability Lead, escalating risks and issues and seeking guidance where appropriate
  • Prioritise Business Analysis activities and deliverables, ensuring clear communication across project teams

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements
  • Experience facilitating workshops and working with stakeholders to capture requirements
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel
  • Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from initial idea through to delivery

The Business Analyst Team:

We are a team of experienced Business Analysts who deliver end-to-end support across the full project lifecycle. We engage early to understand customer needs, define requirements, and assess the impact of change, ensuring successful delivery and measurable outcomes.
