Job Title: Finance Project Data Control Officer

Location: Frimley, Hybrid, 1 day per week on site

Salary: £30,200+ (DOE)

Job Description:

This role supports the validation, creation and management of project and sales order data across the business within SAP ERP systems. Working closely with Finance, Project Management and Business Operations teams, you’ll help ensure project data is accurately maintained throughout the full project lifecycle, supporting strong governance and operational efficiency.

You’ll play a key role in project set-up, order intake, budget management and project closure activity, while supporting process improvements and maintaining high levels of data accuracy.

Core duties:

  • Support Order Intake process
  • Create and maintain project and sales order data within SAP ERP systems
  • Support project set-up activities including WBS structures and budgets
  • Work closely with Finance, PMO and Project teams to ensure accurate and controlled processes
  • Support data governance, audit requirements and reporting activities
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, testing activities and operational efficiencies

Essential Skills:

  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP or Salesforce
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
  • Good communication skills and experience working with stakeholders or global teams

The team:

The team supports project and financial operations activity across the business, ensuring projects are accurately established, maintained and governed throughout their lifecycle. Working across teams in the UK and Malaysia, the team collaborates closely with Finance, Project Management and Business Operations stakeholders to support effective project delivery and continuous improvement.
