Role Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Capability and Learning Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Leadership Programs Lead, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of capability, learning and people initiatives within an assigned portfolio or program area ensuring solutions are executed to a high standard, meet stakeholder requirements, and contribute to improved capability and performance outcomes.
Core Duties:
- Support the design, development and continuous improvement of capability and learning solutions using established frameworks and methodologies
- Coordinate and deliver capability and learning activities, including logistics, communications, scheduling and participant support
- Develop and maintain learning materials, content and supporting documentation in line with enterprise standards
- Support the delivery of programs, including facilitation where appropriate and capability uplift of facilitator pools
- Collect and provide analysis of data to support evaluation and reporting
- Maintain accurate records, documentation and systems (e.g. LMS, reporting tools) to ensure compliance and data integrity
- Engage with internal stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to support alignment of solutions to business needs
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and ways of working within the Capability & Learning function
About You:
- Previous experience supporting the delivery or coordination of programs, projects or learning initiatives
- Ability to work with stakeholders to gather requirements and support implementation activities
- Experienced with developing or maintaining documentation, reports or learning materials
- Developing experience in analysing information and contributing to solution development
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders to shape learning strategy and priorities working across multiple stakeholders, functions or business units to deliver outcomes
- Experience managing projects or programs, including governance, risk and delivery planning
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
