Location: Samlesbury – Hybrid, 2 days per week on site

Job Description:

You’ll support the delivery of global aircraft maintenance and support services, working across a range of applications and cloud-based systems that enable operational performance worldwide. You will help maintain and enhance software solutions, contributing to design, configuration and deployment activities while ensuring systems remain reliable, integrated and aligned to customer needs.

You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, support data integrity and collaborate with architecture and support teams to improve system functionality. This role offers exposure to multiple technologies and applications across maintenance, supply chain and training environments, with opportunities to contribute to innovation, influence improvements and develop your technical experience within a globally connected support function.

Core duties:

  • Supporting and maintaining applications and integrations, ensuring reliable performance across maintenance, supply chain and training systems
  • Troubleshooting data, system and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • Contributing to system design and configuration, collaborating with architecture teams to enhance application performance
  • Documenting processes, procedures and support models, ensuring clarity and consistency across system operations
  • Identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing systems and integrations to support efficient aircraft maintenance operations

Essential Skills:

  • Considerable experience using SQL technologies (Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle) to manage and query data
  • Practical experience developing and maintaining integration solutions using tools such as SQL Server Integration Services
  • Experience integrating data across multiple enterprise systems, ensuring reliable and accurate end-to-end data flows
  • Knowledge of Windows Server environments (2016+), supporting application hosting, performance and system reliability
  • Relevant technical background or experience in data engineering, systems integration or application support environments

Supporting aircraft operations worldwide, this team delivers critical maintenance and support services through advanced, cloud-based systems.
