Job Description:
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex engineering development and real-world aircraft operations. You will be responsible for the definition and development of Electrical, Avionic, and Mission system solutions for in service issues, ensuring every technical solution meets the highest standards of safety and performance.
Key Responsibilities
• System Development: Lead the definition and development of upgrades for Electric, Avionic, and Mission systems.
• Technical Expert Support: Act as the primary point of contact for technical queries, providing expert answers and solutions to customer in-service issues.
• Performance & Reliability: Trigger and follow up on corrective actions while ensuring strict compliance with operational KPIs, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Data Analysis: Consolidate and analyze in-service data from customers to drive continuous system improvements.
• Safety & Compliance: Support Continued Airworthiness processes (where applicable) to maintain aircraft safety standards across the fleet.
What You Bring
• Proven Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in similar technical disciplines (avionics, electrical systems, or mission systems engineering).
• Problem-Solving Prowess: Proven ability to troubleshoot and deliver technical solutions for complex in-service challenges.
• Customer-Centric Mindset: The ability to handle and treat all technical queries, providing clear communication and answers to customers.
• Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with data to identify trends and trigger necessary engineering or corrective actions.
