Job Description:

Act as the primary testing point of contact for a multi-year, multi-million-pound ERP transformation programme, providing direction and expertise to a dedicated team of testers. Contribute to the development and evolution of testing processes and strategy to support future needs. Responsible for leading a team with a mix of manual and automated testing capabilities, while working collaboratively across AirERP and the wider business to support successful testing outcomes.

Core duties:

• Lead daily test stand-ups, ensuring any issues or blockers are identified and addressed promptly
• Act as the primary point of contact for testing within your workstream, representing the team in project and AirERP meetings
• Provide hands-on support and guidance to the test team, serving as the main escalation point for any issues
• Collaborate with the Test Manager and senior testers to effectively manage workloads and resource allocation
• Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on test requirements

Essential Skills:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar senior or lead testing role
• In-depth understanding of Agile and Waterfall testing methodologies, ideally with experience working across both
• Experience with ERP systems and associated testing practices

The team brings together a blend of manual and automated testing expertise, working closely with developers, Business Analysts, solution architects, and wider business stakeholders.
