• Fresh degree power: Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree completed within the last two years.

Please note, as a defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain one. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.

• Architect Strategic Captures: Conceptualise and implement winning strategies for complex, large-scale programs across public and private sectors, ensuring BAE Systems remains the partner of choice for mission-critical solutions.
• Master Competitive Intelligence: Assist in building the analytical frameworks and market intelligence tools that form the backbone of our business development environment.
• Lead the Proposal Lifecycle: Transform high-level strategies into tangible results by coordinating rigorous prospecting, pitching, and proposal activities that meet strict customer requirements.
• Ensure Governance and Integrity: Maintain excellence by adhering to the BAE Systems Lifecycle Management (LCM) framework, ensuring every bid is ethically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with world-class standards.
