Please note, as a defence security clearance is required for this role, applicants must be Australian citizens and either possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain one. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.

Role Description

As a Procurement Graduate at BAE Systems Australia, you will work within our Procurement function, developing the skills and experience required to deliver strategic sourcing, supplier management and commercial outcomes that support some of Australia’s most critical defence programs. While developing your professional capability, you will collaborate with industry leaders to help secure the products, services and partnerships that contribute to our nation’s defence readiness. You will play a key role in sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, supporting subcontract activities and driving value across a range of complex defence projects.

Within the Procurement function we have a number of graduate opportunities available for commencement on 1 February 2027, focusing on:

• Procurement, Subcontract Management, Risk Management and Sustainability.
• Procurement, Category Management and Project Management.
• Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management and Australian Industry Capability development.
• Procurement, Logistics and Demand Planning.
