From the outside we're a recruitment business but on the inside we're a whole lot more and we’re progressing at pace to become the leading challenger brand in every city we operate. We are more than 200 (and growing!) diverse and passionate people supporting IT / Pharma companies with recruiting top talent. We’ve had our best ever sales year in 2021 and have HUGE plans for 2022. Your Day to Day
🔸 You take full responsibility for your dedicated market and build "your business" from the ground up
🔸Recruiting & Headhunting. You actively and creatively search for candidates in your dedicated market via social media and job portals.
🔸 Lead Generation & New Business Development. You approach potential clients on the phone, via email or social media (Cold Acquisition).
🔸 Account Management. You work very closely with your clients to understand their staffing needs and find the most suitable candidates.
🔸 You are a Brand Ambassador and represent AF/AV and our services to new and/or existing clients.
🔸 Your daily routine will consist of communication at all levels - be it on the phone, contract negotiations, sourcing candidates or clients via social media.
