Job Description

At ASOS, we’re proud to be a global fashion destination serving over 23 million active customers across more than 200 markets with 2.5 billion visits annually. Our Tech team is at the heart of everything we do, powering the digital experiences and enterprise capabilities that make ASOS a leader in online fashion retail.

We operate as a product-led organisation where cross-functional teams are empowered to solve meaningful customer, colleague and business problems through innovation, experimentation and data-driven decision-making. As we continue our transformation journey, we are investing in the platforms, processes and operating models that will support ASOS’s next stage of growth.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the focal point for complex, cross-functional product and transformation activity. You’ll set ambitious goals, define the vision for your product area, and take stakeholders on the journey from current-state pain points to future-state capability.

The Details

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to play a key role in one of the most significant business transformation programmes at ASOS. As we evolve from Oracle to Microsoft Dynamics, we’re reimagining how the business interacts with enterprise technology through modern automation, AI-enabled experiences and agentic workflows. This is a varied, fast-moving role spanning multiple business capabilities, from supplier onboarding and partner enablement through to inventory management, stock inbounding, fulfillment operations and ensuring the right products are available at the right time for our customers.

  • Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for large-scale business capabilities and transformation initiatives.
  • Drive simplification of complex business processes, identifying opportunities to remove friction, reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Partner with Engineering, Architecture, Data, Operations, Commercial, Finance and wider Product teams to translate business outcomes into scalable product solutions.
  • Shape how AI, automation and agentic experiences can improve productivity, decision-making and the way colleagues interact with enterprise platforms.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making across multiple business functions.
  • Lead discovery efforts to understand business challenges, customer needs, operational constraints and commercial opportunities.
  • Manage prioritisation and trade-offs across multiple workstreams while maintaining focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Create compelling narratives that align teams around a common vision and support successful organisational change.
  • Raise standards across Product Management by coaching others and promoting clear, evidence-based product practice.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex business, platform or operational transformation initiatives.
  • Strong track record of simplifying business processes and translating operational challenges into scalable product capabilities.
  • Comfortable operating across both strategic and technical domains, adapting your style and level of detail for different audiences.
  • Experience working with ERP platforms, enterprise systems, operational technologies or large-scale business transformation programmes.
  • Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how business capabilities support growth, profitability, customer outcomes and operational resilience.
  • Experience working with different marketplace, partner, fulfilment, wholesale, concession, dropship, third-party seller, or multi-channel selling models.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and driving alignment across competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and evidence to make decisions and measure business impact.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating clarity and leading teams through change.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to bring people on the journey from business problem to product outcome.

Additional Information

  • Employee discount (hello ASOS discount!)
