Job Description

We are recruiting a PA to provide effective and efficient support to Directors within ASOS (typically 4). ASOS is incredibly fast paced, and your role as PA will play an integral part in helping leadership deliver the most exciting and relevant fashion to our customers across the world.

This role will be based in our Camden (London) Head Office, you can expect to be in the office 3 days per week. Due to the nature of supporting our Directors we do look for flexibility on this where needed.

  • Supporting with the scheduling and organisation of workshops/business reviews
  • Liaising with external partners in a professional and efficient manner
  • The management of all expenses for the Directors, including approvals
  • Raising and managing POs
  • Co-ordinating, organising and booking travel (UK and International)
  • Creating briefing documents for meetings, including reports, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets
  • Work collaboratively and form relationships with PAs and colleagues from other functions in the business to support with your day-to-day role
  • To be the eyes and ears of the department and a reliable central point of contact for your Director’s leadership teams
  • Shared cover with the other PAs when on annual leave
  • Supporting our culture by championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies
  • You will report directly into a department Director and have a dotted line into the EA of the business area to ensure operational effectiveness
