Job Description

Company Description

We're ASOS, the online retailer for fashion lovers all around the world.

We exist to give our customers the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgement, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

Everyone needs some help showing up as their best self. We're Disability Confident Committed - let our Talent team know if you need any reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process.

Job Description

ASOS.WORLD is our global loyalty programme, designed to recognise and reward our most engaged customers through exclusive experiences, benefits and access that bring them closer to the fashion they love. As one of ASOS’ fastest-growing strategic initiatives, it plays a key role in deepening customer engagement, strengthening retention and driving long-term customer value.

As a Loyalty Proposition Executive, you’ll help bring ASOS.WORLD to life, collaborating with a wide range of teams across the business including Customer Strategy, CRM, Product and Trade. You’ll lead the delivery of member experiences, optimise customer journeys and help identify new opportunities to grow engagement. With real ownership from day one, you’ll have the chance to make a visible impact on a high-profile programme while building valuable experience across strategy, customer experience and commercial delivery.

The Details

  • Support the delivery of the ASOS.WORLD strategy and roadmap, helping to grow member engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
  • Own and deliver the loyalty activation plan across key trading, seasonal and cultural moments.
  • Develop and launch member benefits, experiences and exclusive activations that drive engagement and build loyalty.
  • Partner with Product, CRM, Marketing, Trade and Events teams to deliver seamless loyalty experiences across every customer touchpoint.
  • Design and optimise loyalty customer journeys, including onboarding, engagement and retention programmes.
  • Lead the briefing and delivery of loyalty communications across email, push, app and onsite channels.
  • Track programme performance and measure success across engagement, retention and commercial KPIs.
  • Use customer insights and performance data to identify opportunities and improve programme performance.
  • Use customer research, feedback and market trends to help shape the future of the loyalty proposition.

Why this role matters

  • End-to-end ownership: You’ll lead initiatives from idea through to execution, taking responsibility for high-profile loyalty activations from day one.
  • High visibility: You’ll work with teams across the business and contribute to a strategic growth priority.
  • Broad experience: You’ll develop skills across loyalty, CRM, customer strategy insight and proposition development.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision-making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident building relationships across different teams.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn.
  • Experience in retail or the fashion industry would be beneficial but is not essential.

  • Proactive: You take ownership and make things happen.
