Job Description

Company Description

We're ASOS. We blend our flair for fashion with our love of cutting-edge technology, but more importantly were interested in how we can bring the best out of you.

We exist to give people the confidence to be whoever they want to be, and that goes for our people too. At ASOS, you're free to be your true self without judgment, and channel your creativity into a platform used by millions.

Through our Fashion with Integrity strategy we are driving diversity, equity and inclusion across every aspect of ASOS and ensuring every ASOSer can be their authentic self at work. We want our people to be whoever they want to be, because we believe people who bring their best selves to work, do their best work.

Job Description

The Role

As an Account Management Assistant within the ASOS Partner Fulfilment Programme, you'll play an important role in supporting one of ASOS's key growth functions. Partner Fulfilment enables brands to sell their inventory directly to ASOS customers, helping us expand product choice, improve size availability and deliver a better customer experience.

Working closely with Account Managers, Partner Brands and internal stakeholders, you'll help ensure products are launched successfully, trading performance is optimised and brands are set up for success on ASOS.com. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in account management, ecommerce, buying, merchandising or commercial trading within a fast-paced fashion business.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support Account Managers in building strong and productive relationships with Partner Brands, helping to drive engagement, growth and trading performance.

  • Monitor product onboarding activities, ensuring products are launched accurately and on time in line with agreed partner deadlines.

  • Use reporting and dashboards to track onboarding progress, identify risks or delays and help resolve issues quickly and effectively.

  • Review product presentation on site, ensuring imagery, product copy, titles and attributes meet ASOS standards and deliver the best possible customer experience.

  • Work closely with Partner Brands to provide feedback and support any required updates or improvements.

  • Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Trade and Commercial Operations teams to ensure alignment on product, trading and commercial priorities.

  • Support weekly trade reviews by analysing sales performance, identifying trends and highlighting opportunities for growth.

  • Help turn trading insights into actionable recommendations that improve performance and maximise commercial opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate product and account records, ensuring data is up to date and reflects the latest business activity.

  • Support the successful delivery of product launches, seasonal initiatives and key commercial projects across the Partner Fulfilment programme.

We believe being together in person helps us move faster, connect more deeply, and achieve more as a team. That’s why our approach to working together includes spending at least 3 days a week in the office. It’s a rhythm that speeds up decision making, helps ASOSers learn from each other more quickly, and builds the kind of culture where people can grow, create, and succeed.

Qualifications

About You

You're highly organised, commercially curious and excited by fashion and ecommerce. You may have experience in Buying Administration, Merchandising Administration, Retail Operations, Wholesale Support or Account Management Support. We also welcome transferable experience gained through retail, customer service, internships or administrative roles.

• Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy when working with product data, reporting and account information.

• Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information, identify trends and highlight opportunities.

• Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external brand partners.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and improve ways of working.

• Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other reporting or business systems.

• A genuine passion for fashion, ecommerce and delivering great customer experiences.

Why Join Us?

This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to account management, trading, ecommerce and commercial operations while working with some of the world's leading fashion brands. You'll play a key role in helping grow the Partner Fulfilment programme and contribute directly to delivering an exceptional experience for both our partners and ASOS customers.
