Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor (Team Leader) is responsible for driving efficient warehouse operations while ensuring compliance with company standards and safety protocols. This role involves leading teams, managing inventory, and optimizing processes to deliver operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient execution of daily activities.

  • Manage inventory levels to maintain accuracy, availability, and timely replenishment.

  • Oversee inbound (receiving), storage, and outbound (dispatch) processes.

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and promote a safe working culture.

  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and operational workflows.

  • Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement.

  • Analyse operational data and prepare reports on inventory, productivity, and efficiency.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

What We Are Looking For

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.

  • Strong understanding of Inbound, Storage/Inventory, Outbound and Returns processes.

  • Mandatory: Experience in e-commerce warehouse operations.

  • Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools.
